First, when the phone rings, PhoneBOT will alert you by verbally announcing who is calling using callerID and windows speech technology. A custom "skinable" window appears detailing the callerID info as well as any image you have associated with that caller. (ie, a picture of mom appears when she calls) Well mom can also have a custom greeting, "Hi Mom, leave a message" or anyone for that matter who's name regularly appears on your CallerID box.
