Aeris Calendar is a desktop calendar with current weather conditions, forecasts and severe weather alerts. Aeris Calendar allows you to easily add reminders, daily notes, todo lists and events such as birthdays and anniversaries. The extended forecast is displayed directly on the calendar and current conditions are available on the calendar, tray icon and desklet. Detailed current conditions, day-to-day and hourly forecasts are also available. When severe weather hits your area, Aeris Calendar provides several options to alert you and will give you a description of the alert. Flexible reminders will alert you by playing a sound, using the unobtrusive Windows balloon tips, and/or displaying a popup box. Notes can be added to any day on the calendar simply by double-clicking on the day, and then they will be displayed directly on the calendar.
